How the main event types work

Community Day: a featured Pokémon appears more often for a few hours, often with a bonus and a special move if you evolve it in time.
Spotlight Hour: one hour with a featured wild Pokémon and a bonus.
Raid Days and Raid Hours: a specific boss appears in many more raids for a limited time.
GO Pass: a monthly pass with a free track and a paid Deluxe upgrade; rewards must be claimed before they expire.

We take dates from Niantic’s official posts and cross-check them with Leek Duck and Pokémon GO Hub. If a source disagrees, the page says so.
