Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PokeGoHub (“PokeGoHub,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit pokegohub.com (the “Site”). We wrote it in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email dani.akhunova@gmail.com.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this Site is Daniel Sánchez, Spain. Contact: dani.akhunova@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you use the Contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message content.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our advertising and analytics partners) automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
This Site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This is sometimes called “interest-based advertising” or “personalized advertising.”
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info (US) or www.youronlinechoices.eu (EU/UK).
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Read more at Google’s Advertising Policy and Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics
We may use web analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. These services use cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
5. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Site.
- To respond to contact requests.
- To serve and measure advertising through Google AdSense.
- To understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns.
6. Legal bases and your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, we process personal data under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR on the basis of consent (for non-essential cookies and personalized ads) and legitimate interest (for essential site operation). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email dani.akhunova@gmail.com.
If you are in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, request deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google AdSense’s use of cookies for personalized ads may be considered “sharing” under CPRA; you can opt out via the links in Section 3.
If you are in Canada, we process personal information in accordance with PIPEDA. You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by emailing dani.akhunova@gmail.com.
7. Data retention
Contact form submissions and emails are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, or as required by law. Aggregated analytics data may be retained longer since it does not identify individuals.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited technical data with service providers strictly for the purposes described above: Google (AdSense, and Analytics if enabled) and our hosting provider. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements.
9. Children’s privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International data transfers
Because our advertising and hosting partners operate globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
