Any use of such material on this Site is for editorial/informational purposes under fair use principles.
3. No affiliation
PokeGoHub is an independent, unofficial fan site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc.
4. Third-party links and ads
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising (via Google AdSense). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites or advertisers.
5. No account-related services
We do not sell, buy, or broker Pokémon GO accounts, in-game currency, or location-spoofing software, and none of our tools require or facilitate violations of Niantic’s Terms of Service. Use of any third-party app or method that violates Niantic’s Terms of Service is done entirely at your own risk and discretion.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its tools (including the IV Calculator, CP Calculator and raid guides) are provided “as is,” for informational purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about completeness, reliability, or accuracy, and game mechanics can change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeGoHub and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
