PvP Battle Simulator
Pick two Pokémon, their IVs and real movesets, choose a league, and simulate a full Great, Ultra or Master League battle turn by turn — energy, shields, buffs, damage and the winner, computed live from the same move data PvPoke uses.

How this simulator works
Pick a Pokémon's IVs and the simulator auto-levels it to the highest level that still fits your chosen league's CP cap — the same real CP formula behind our CP Calculator and PvP League Calculator. Fast and Charged Move options are the Pokémon's actual real movesets, and combat math (damage, energy, buffs, shield behavior) follows the documented Pokémon GO PvP rules — the same ones the open-source PvPoke battle simulator implements, since this site already sources its Pokédex PvP rankings from that project.
The attack/shield decisions each side makes during the fight — when to bait with a cheaper Charged Move, when to shield — are PokeGoHub's own simplified, transparent strategy, not a copy of PvPoke's full prediction engine. Real players (and PvPoke's own emulator) may play a matchup differently; use this as a mechanically accurate reference battle, not a guarantee of how every human opponent will play.
FAQ
Why does my Pokémon's level change when I edit its IVs?
The simulator always battles each Pokémon at the strongest level that still fits under the league CP cap for the IVs you chose — exactly how competitive PvP teams are actually built.
Can I simulate a 1-shield or no-shield matchup?
Yes — the "Shields per side" selector covers the three shield counts used in ranked Pokémon GO PvP sets.
Does this include Mega Pokémon's boosted moves?
Not yet — Mega-exclusive move boosts mid-battle are a planned follow-up; today a Mega's regular moveset simulates normally.
