Enter your Pokémon's species, CP and HP to find its exact Individual Value (IV) range — the hidden stats that decide how strong it can become.
How this works
Every Pokémon in Pokémon GO has three hidden Individual Values (IVs) — Attack, Defense and Stamina — each ranging from 0 to 15. Two Pokémon of the same species and level can have very different combat performance purely because of these hidden numbers. Since Niantic doesn't display raw IVs in-game, this calculator works backwards from your Pokémon's visible CP and HP to figure out which IV combinations are mathematically possible.
If more than one combination matches, catch a few more of the same species (IVs are random on every catch) or use the in-game Team Leader Appraisal, which narrows the range further by telling you which stat is highest.
